Returns:
- Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products.
- Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

- Slight variations in color/design may occur due to handmade nature and lighting conditions.
