Returns:

  • Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products.
  • Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Note:

  • Slight variations in color/design may occur due to handmade nature and lighting conditions.
